I loved reading about all the bookstores you went to. I did not realize you grew up in America! I don’t buy new books, so I haunt used book sales and thrift stores for books. I ordered Betrayal at Blackthorn from a used book site on line!! Hugs from Michigan USA!!
I love this trip down bookstore memory lane! Although I haven’t traveled as extensively as you have I do have fond memories of going to local bookstores as a child. I don’t remember specifically which ones but when I lived in NYC there was a huge bookstore similar to Barnes and Noble where I spent many hours! I should be able to remember its name but I can’t think of it right now. It was on 57th Street I believe! These days I enjoy going to bookstores and libraries.,anywhere I can find my favorite books!
